Monica is British/Italian (Born in Genoa, but Sicilian by heart), the mom of 3 (ages 14, 13 and 7) and has been living and working abroad for the past 15 years. Also, she is the founder of Expatminded, a consultancy firm that supports Expats wellbeing around the world.  With a particular fascination with the brain, how it responds to change and our expat brain superpower she writes and provides valuable insight for those want harness their superpower and develop to their full potential.

About Expatminded

Monica founded Expatminded after 20 years of working in International HR Consultancy Firms and 14 years of living and working abroad. First in Italy, then the UK and USA and currently she is based in India.

Change is her way of living.  She designs and delivers coaching and training programs to support Leaders in global transition.

Her mission is to support your well being, boost your self confidence to allow you to live in harmony with your own beliefs and values.
