Nestled in the heart of Frankfurt, Hartmud Studio is the birthplace of unique, handcrafted ceramics that elevate your home’s ambience.
The Story Behind Hartmud Studio
Designed and owned by Isabella Zeiß and Jerome Alsoufi.
Based in Frankfurt, the pair started Hardmud Studio in 2016, and since then, the company has gone from strength to strength! Each Hartmud Studio piece begins its life on Jerome’s wheel; it is then dipped with care in colour by Isa’s careful hand before it makes its way to their kiln to be ‘fired’ at unimaginable temperatures, allowing it to finally land on your table!
As M.F.K. Fisher says, “First we eat, then we do everything else.” indeed, this gives us all the more reason to eat from tableware made with love!?
Production and Availability
Due to small production numbers and high demand availability of hartmud is limited. They manufacture and sell their wares in batches and launch approximately one new drop per month in their online shop.
The restock or release dates are shown in their shop header and announced via Instagram.
