Want to inspire our next generation of architects? DAM Deutsches Architecturmuseum is definitely doing that!
DAM have some absolutely great educational workshops and activities! Not sure what to do with your little humans during their summer and winter break? DAM have a simple yet brilliant idea – LEGO!! In one of the auditoriums you’ll find 4 enormous boxes of lego (sorted by colour) the only limitations are your own imagination – build, construct and then leave your masterpiece on display for all to see and be amazed (some mind-blowing builds)! Our first summer (last summer)my boys spent hours each day completely absorbed for hours!!
From February to June they have different workshops for kids (6 years and up) using various building materials and allowing them to explore and challenge their construction skills!
DAM can be found on the museumsufer in Sachsenhausen, so plenty of fantastic spots to have a quick bite before or after your little ones have finished channeling their inner Gaudi or Eileen Gray!
